What is The Style Dept. approach to a Styling to Stay project? We approach every Styling to Stay project with a blank canvas, placing our client’s personal taste and individual needs at the forefront. We then work with our clients to produce a timeless, stylish interior scheme which complements their existing pieces and aspirational dreams, from the earliest of conceptual stages through to delivery liaison and final styling sessions. Projects can range from an entire home to accessory selections for a single room – no project is too big or too small.
Is it expensive? Our services begin at just $350, the ideal starting point for someone who is watching their budget yet needs a helping hand with creating a beautiful home that they love.
How do you charge? We apply a flat fee to each zone of the home that’s to be addressed, so our clients can accurately budget right from the outset. At the beginning of the Styling to Stay process we request a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% balance to be paid once the decoration of those zones is complete.
Can I stagger my home’s decoration? Absolutely. This is popular option with many of our clients, as all product must be paid for upfront and in full.
What if my style is slightly different from what I’ve seen you do before? Thanks to our vast knowledge of the styling world, this won’t be a problem. We’ve successfully completed Styling to Stay projects for clean-lined Scandinavian-inspired interiors, masculine New York-inspired apartments all the way to traditionally elegant homes incorporating classical furniture. No matter your style, our eye for balance and knack for combining old with new will ensure a stylish and cohesive end result.
Do I need to receive deliveries? Yes – we ask that you or a family member is available to receive all furniture and accessory deliveries. We’ve also arranged to have smaller deliveries made to work places for some busy clients in the past, so they could sign for goods and take them home at the end of the day.
